The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Psychiatry physicians
\n
• This opportunity is in Primary Care Setting.
\n
• 1 day per week
\n
• Addiction Medicine/Addiction Psych (a plus)
\n
• Opioid/Alcohol patients
\n
• BH evaluations, substance abuse caseloads
\n
• Current CA state license is a plus.
\n

Ontario Health Center – Ontario, California

\n

San Bernardino Health Center – San Bernardino, California

\n

• As a Federally Qualified Health Center, this site is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
\n
• Referral resources include WIC, Dental, Psych, Nutritionist, and a MediCal case worker.
\n
• Facility hours for this location are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.
\n
• Patient mix is a majority adults.
\n
• 10-16 patients per day per provider.
\n
• Point of Care testing available at site; minimal labs.
\n

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
