Pay: $17.25 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift

Monday–Thursday, 4:45 AM–3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Converting Associate to work in a manufacturing facility in Covington, Ohio. This position involves inspecting, processing, and packaging finished plastic film products. The work is repetitive and requires standing in one area for extended periods. Candidates with pick/pack experience may be a good fit for this position.

Job Duties

Inspect finished film and products for defects
Perform quality checks throughout production
Pack finished bags and film products
Measure products using a tape measure
Verify products meet required specifications
Identify defective or damaged products
Handle and package finished materials
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience
Pick/pack experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Comfortable performing repetitive work and standing in one place for extended periods
Ability to frequently lift packages and materials
Ability to use a tape measure
Steel-toed shoes required
Must complete a math test
