Fleet Mechanic
Are you ready to keep Phoenix moving? At Nearby Fleet Services, we serve businesses across Phoenix and the surrounding areas of Maricopa County, ensuring their fleets stay safe, reliable, and on the road. We are currently looking for a skilled full-time Fleet Mechanic to join our growing team and help us deliver exceptional service wherever it's needed.

- Standard schedule 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.
WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You spend your day ensuring fleets stay reliable and safe. You perform preventative maintenance to avoid costly breakdowns, diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues, and keep detailed records of every job. You make sure every vehicle meets safety and compliance standards while communicating clearly with service advisors and clients. Every task you complete helps businesses keep their operations running smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS FOR A FLEET MECHANIC
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Mechanical aptitude
- Foundational knowledge of vehicle systems
- Committed to safety
- Customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work all around greater Phoenix and the surrounding areas, most of Maricopa County
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal education
- Professional certifications (ASE)
- Relevant mechanical experience
- Advanced technical skills
- Knowledge of complex systems
