Spring Into a Career That Makes a Difference Looking for someone that has been or is currently a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Paid Training Provided to Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Must have professional experience working with individuals with autism and must be available Monday – Thursday 2:30pm‑4:30pm. Position Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Hourly Pay Hourly Pay: $19–26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience) Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment What You’ll Do Provide one‑on‑one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence‑based strategies Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life‑changing progress Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs Why Join ATS This Spring?
