Production Supervisor

Job description: This is for 3rd Shift Will report to Director or Manufacturing Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of manufacturing personnel to ensure efficient production operations Work with department leads to develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs Train, mentor, and motivate manufacturing staff to achieve performance goals Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment Experience Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role in a automotive metal manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to effectively manage a diverse team and foster a positive work environment Proficient in using manufacturing software systems and related tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills Minimum Requirements 5+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role at a automotive metal manufacturing facility Previous machining experience required CNC Machining experience Previous experience in 5S or Lean Manufacturing required We offer competitive compensation packages, including health insurance, vision, dental and paid time off.
