Build customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring Maximize customer experience by uncovering needs and offering solutions Maintain the visual appeal of the store Develop positive customer relationships Ensures customers are greeted and waited on quickly, efficiently and in a pleasant manner Assist in stocking and organizing displays ensuring that all merchandise is presented in a professional manner May be assigned to operate the cash register, promote sales and assist customers May be assigned to the stock room quality controlling, processing, pricing and stocking merchandise Resolve customer complaints and handle merchandise returns in a pleasant and professional manner Responsible for following and ensuring all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used Requirements High School Diploma or GED required Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience preferred Ability to listen carefully and actively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem-solving skills General physical abilities to perform the clerical, cashier, merchandising and supervisory functions of the job Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects or to assist in this process #J-18808-Ljbffr Wet Willie's
