We're an established, generational family practice in Moreno Valley looking for an RDH to join our team. We have a loyal patient base, plenty of new patients, supportive doctors, and a team that works well together. What You'll Like Here $50/hour base with the opportunity to earn much more Uncapped bonus potential 50-minute recare appointments You determine the time needed for perio appointments Flexibility to adjust appointment lengths based on patient needs Intraoral cameras and laser technology Doctors who are supportive and efficient with exams A team that's willing to jump in and help You'll take your own X-rays and manage your instruments, but you'll have a supportive team around you when you need an extra hand. We're Big on Perio We're looking for an RDH who's confident identifying periodontal disease, educating patients, and helping them understand their treatment. You'll have the autonomy to make appropriate recommendations and schedule the time you feel is clinically necessary to provide great care. Your Schedule Wednesday + Thursday + Every Other Friday Morning huddle: 7:45 AM Patient hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM A Little More About Us We're a family practice with patients who have been with us for years and new patients coming through the door.
