As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a luxury retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for customers and staff. You will communicate professionally, respond to security-related concerns, and contribute to Allied Universal’s caring, agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven team culture. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.60 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon12:00 PM - 08:00 PMTue12:00 PM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, guests, and retail team members while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the luxury retail location, including sales areas, entrances, stockroom access points, employee areas, and the surrounding perimeter. Monitor customer and visitor activity, identify unusual behavior or conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and other security-related concerns through visible presence and timely reporting. Assist with access control, opening and closing procedures, and documentation of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Have at least one year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
