Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director to lead epidemiology operations, planning, and strategy for the MedTech division. The role manages strategic initiatives, cross-functional partnerships, and real-world evidence capabilities to support medical device market access, safety assessments, and regulatory approvals.

Responsibilities

Develop and track departmental strategic planning goals and annual objectives with leadership
Organize and manage leadership team meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action item follow-up
Coordinate enterprise-wide strategic workgroups focused on AI, data licensing, partnerships, and RWE readiness
Manage complex external data partnerships and contracting for real-world evidence studies
Prepare strategic summaries, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and business partners

Requirements

Strategic planning and corporate development experience in healthcare or life sciences
Operations management and process improvement expertise
Experience with regulatory affairs, medical devices, or real-world evidence
Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Data analysis and performance metrics tracking skills
Advanced degree in healthcare, business, epidemiology, or related field
