Our client is seeking a PA Certified Case Manager - Philadelphia, PA.
CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Bachelor's degree required in special education or related field.
* Active Pennsylvania Special Education Certification required.
* Experience with IEP management, compliance, and case coordination.
* Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY:
* Manage and monitor student IEP compliance and services.
* Coordinate evaluations, meetings, and special education documentation.
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and service providers .
* Track student progress and ensure state/federal compliance.
