Job Details

• Position Description: Critical care nursing in a Trauma ICU with 20 beds, supporting patients requiring advanced monitoring and life support interventions. The unit performs procedures like intubation, extubation, chest tube placement, and CRRT/HD among others.
• Certifications: Valid Nursing License, Active ACLS and BLS Certifications.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, with a required schedule including 6 weekend shifts over a 6-week period.
• Required Qualifications: Active Nursing License, ACLS, BLS certifications; ICU experience with trauma or surgical patients; 0 years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center ICU preferred.
• Additional Information: Must have trauma ICU experience, be a team player with a positive attitude, and be flexible. Floating to other ICUs or step-down units may be required before core staff.
