Community Behavioral Health Clinician

Carle Health seeks a Behavioral Health Clinician in Community Behavioral Health to provide therapeutic services to diverse patient populations. In this role, you will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop and implement person-centered treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team, coordinate community resources, and support crisis intervention. This position offers opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving community health outcomes and advancing evidence-based behavioral health care.
