What You'll Do

As a Terminal Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of terminal equipment and facility systems. Duties include:

• Operating and monitoring pumps, compressors, blowers, tanks, and related equipment
• Monitoring product quality and identifying operational issues
• Responding to abnormal operating conditions and equipment alarms
• Performing routine inspections and facility checks
• Assisting with maintenance activities and equipment repairs
• Supporting safety, security, and environmental compliance programs
• Maintaining facility cleanliness and general upkeep
• Coordinating with contractors and third-party service providers as needed
• Assisting with emergency response activities when required
• Completing required training and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Experience

• No prior terminal experience required
• Paid training provided
• Candidates from mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture, military, and mechanical backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb stairs, ladders, and elevated platforms
• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule and Work Environment

• Full-time position
• Average 42–45 hours per week
• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Overtime opportunities available
• On-call and emergency response availability may be required
• Occasional travel may be required
