Travel PACU Registered Nurse - $2,041 per week

Job Summary Medical Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN PACU – Post Anesthesia Care for a 13‑week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The position is a 36‑hour, 12‑hour day shift travel nursing role. Key Details Specialty: PACU – Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 36 hours per week (12‑hour day shifts) Employment type: Travel Responsibilities Provide post‑anesthesia care to patients in the PACU, monitor vital signs, manage pain, prepare patients for transition, and collaborate with surgical teams, all while maintaining patient safety and adhering to hospital protocols. Qualifications Registered Nurse with level I or higher nursing experience. Minimum 2 years core experience in the specialty being submitted, with Level I Trauma and teaching experience required. Completed Prophecy Dysrhythmia exam within 24–48 hours prior to acceptance (maximum two attempts). Day 1 Pass/Fail exam required. Certification in PACU or related specialty; prior travel experience in ED, neuro‑ICU, or similar units preferred. Proficient in Cerner EMR (required for ED, Neurologic ICU assignments). Own reliable vehicle if traveling with a travel team. Avoid facial piercings and unnatural hair colors. No concurrent assignments while employed at Dignity AZ; cannot work two contracts simultaneously. Must be absent from commonspirit for 12 months to be considered for a travel assignment.
