Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (with option to extend) OR permanent placement option

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility

Shifts: Days

Pay: Competitive rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers)

What We’re Looking For:

· Passionate physical therapy assistant

· Comfortable working in the SNF setting

· Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

· Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

· A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

 

Requirements:

· Active PTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

· Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

· Current TB test/results

· Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction of a PT

· Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals

· Focus on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

· Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

· Educate patients and families on exercises and safety techniques

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation
