HVAC Residential Service Technician

Bullman Heating & Air, a NearU Company, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician Overview If you've spent the last five-plus years building real expertise in residential HVAC, Bullman Heating & Air Conditioning would like to talk to you, and we’re offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 to make it official. All About YOU You're a seasoned professional. Five or more years of hands-on HVAC service experience, and you carry that expertise with confidence. You lead with people skills. HVAC issues are rarely convenient, and you know how to bring calm, clarity, and professionalism to every customer interaction. You value a culture of respect. You're looking for a team that trusts your judgment, invests in your growth, and treats you like the professional you are. What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems. Create accurate repair estimates for customers. Educate customers on HVAC products, services, and maintenance needs. Perform routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems. Mentor and train junior technicians. Listen carefully to customer concerns and deliver solutions that address the root cause, not just the symptom Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and members. Build long-term trust with customers. Our most successful technicians are also our most customer focused. Participate in rotating on call shifts, occasional overtime, and weekend work based on the demand. Perform other duties assigned by management. Highlights of the Job Earn between $55,000 - $80,000/year along with SPIFFS on top of your hourly rate. Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus for joining our team Company vehicle with gas included.
