We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties

Assist in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Support team management by training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
Collaborate with the management team to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with budgeting to control costs.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain service standards.
Participate in menu planning and food preparation to ensure quality control.

Skills

Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles.
Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively.
Knowledge of food management practices, kitchen operations, and health regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience with budgeting processes and financial oversight within a restaurant setting is preferred.
