- Recruitment and personnel management: Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening CVs, inviting interviews, negotiating salary packages, signing contracts, etc., and managing current employees.
- Data management and reporting statistics: Responsible for maintaining employees' personal information, work records and payroll records, etc., carrying out data analysis and statistics, and providing relevant human resources data and reports in a timely manner.
- Enforcement of policies and regulations: Responsible for conducting research and enforcement of human resources policies and regulations, upholding the company's legal agreements with government departments, and ensuring compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
