What we have to offer Competitive pay based on experience level 6 Paid Holidays Employer paid uniforms Company paid training Sign on bonus Advancement opportunities Fun, stable, year-round work environment Responsibilities and Duties Sod install, bed grave creation, pavers, masonry, & irrigation Bed weeding, mulch cultivation, mulch install, shrub & tree pruning Complete tasks expressed in the job description Learn and execute proper landscaping techniques Safely operate equipment including trenchers, jack hammers, skid steers, chain saws, gas powered trimmers, pruning saws and blowers Proper handling of all materials Execute strong attention to detail and personal integrity Work with a team or independently Qualifications Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision Reliable transportation Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management Ability to work effectively with team members, and management Willing to work in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50 pounds Ability to accept verbal and formal training Valid Texas Driver license or State ID Subject to pre-placement drug testing and background investigation Pay is $17 - $20 an hour DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr The Grounds Guys
