Job Title

Requires Active Top Secret / 100% Onsite in Kent WA

Position Responsibilities

Leads code generation for highly embedded systems

Leads development of broad, open-architecture approach

Works with multi-disciplinary team to rapidly prototype hardware solutions

Responsible for developing code and insuring proper execution on target processors

Independently performs work scope

Required Skills

5+ years embedded programming experience with languages such as C, C++, Linux and/or PetaLinux

Experience with hardware-software integration

Embedded C++ is the top skill

Preferred Skills

Experience with and knowledge of aerospace systems and/or electrical systems

Experience with CMake

Highly motivated self-starter capable of executing as part of a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team

Education/Experience

Typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience).

In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
