Desktop Support Technician

Field TechLocation: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE: 731 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery ALMUST: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/MacTroubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed. Supporting 6 local car dealerships in the area. Do not contact local tech already there.TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, InstallingWhat will the work schedule be for this position?
