Personnel Clerk

The job of Personnel Clerk is done for the purpose(s) of providing clerical support to personnel related to certificated and/or classified recruitment and selection; communicating personnel related information to staff and the public; processing information in compliance with legal and administrative requirements; and assisting other office personnel.

Requirements / Qualifications

A minimum of one year of clerical/secretarial experience performing moderately complex duties related to personnel/human resources, business, or educational settings. 24 semester/36 quarter units of approved college-level course work from an accredited college/university may be substituted for required experience on a year-to-year basis, to a maximum of one year of qualifying experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be emailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on October 27, 2026.
