The ideal candidate will have experience in geriatrics and other areas of nursing, as well as a passion for providing quality care to our patients. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the nursing staff, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, and providing guidance and support to the nursing team. We are evaluating LPN or RN candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff in providing quality care to geriatric patients.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure that nursing staff is adequately trained and competent in their duties.
• Monitor patient care to ensure quality of care is maintained.
• Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
• Conduct patient assessments to determine the best course of treatment.
• Develop plans for patient care and coordinate with other departments as needed.
