Managing complex patient cases for tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, the full-time remote Cell Therapy Case Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to patients and providers, coordinating treatment journeys from referral through post-infusion. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end patient cases for TIL therapy, ensuring timely progression through all treatment phases Collaborate with treatment centers and interdisciplinary care teams to facilitate effective patient care Identify and resolve barriers to therapy access while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 6+ years of relevant healthcare or biopharma experience Direct experience with TIL therapy or closely related workflows 2+ years of case management or care coordination in oncology Ability to manage complex, time-sensitive cases independently
