District Shift Leader

Einstein Bros. Bagels Einstein Bros. Bagels has been baking bagels daily since 1995. About this role We are looking for a District Shift Leader who will develop into a General Manager. The District Shift Leader performs management duties at a home location, supports other bakeries, travels within the market, leads operations from 3am, and provides coaching and training. The role includes training in inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis, food cost and labor targets, scheduling, and recruiting. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a home bakery location. Support other bakeries in the market and fill in for General Managers. Lead by example, act as brand ambassador, ensure safe and clean store environment. Coach and train staff in food quality and customer service. Perform administrative duties: inventory tracking, vendor orders, cash management, P&L analysis. Achieve food cost and labor targets, schedule staff, recruit quality team members. Travel within the market as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of leadership experience preferred. Ability to work varied hours, including as early as 3am, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check. Completion of Bagel Brands ServSafe Certification program by end of GM development plan or possession of current certification. Minimum age 18. Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance.
