Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in a production environment. This position is responsible for preparing materials, operating production equipment, trimming finished products, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Job Description
- Prepare metal inserts by sandblasting, taping, and applying adhesive.
- Trim and finish rubber components according to specifications.
- Operate extruders and other production equipment used in the preparation and processing of raw materials.
- Maintain equipment and ensure raw material requirements are met according to production orders.
- Follow established quality standards and procedures to ensure the production of high-quality parts.
- Read, understand, and follow written work instructions, production documents, and drawings.
- Assist with equipment setup, operation, and basic maintenance activities.
- Train and support other employees by sharing knowledge of equipment, procedures, and production processes.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilit ies as assigned within the scope of the position.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or shop-floor environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or shop-floor experience.
- Experience with machine operation, rubber molding, or production equipment.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as knives and grinders.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
Pay Rate
- $17 per hour (Compensation will be offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
