divh2Cambria Title Position/h2pIf you have a commitment to excellence, a desire for growth and opportunity, and a passion for providing the highest level of customer service, Cambria Title is the right choice for you./ph3Essential Duties Responsibilities:/h3ulliWork closely with the Closer to provide our clients, loan officers, and real estate agents an excellent experience./liliObtain all required information and contacts./liliAssist in the preparation of closing documents./liliReview title commitments and assist in resolving title issues prior to closing./liliSchedule, coordinate, and maintain closing calendars./liliObtain documents/statements as necessary for closing, payoffs, HOA letters, utility bills and others as needed./liliSend introductory emails to buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors./liliPackage and send closed files as instructed./liliCoordinate and communicate regularly with borrowers, lenders, Realtors, and other title companies./liliComplete the eCRV./liliMake copies and scan documents as needed./liliAnswer all telephone calls and emails promptly./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications Skills:/h3ulliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and quality of work./liliExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills./liliWork independently as well as in a team environment./liliAbility to work on-site./liliGood organizational skills and attention to detail./liliDependable and reliable./li/ulh3Additional Requirements:/h3pEducation: High School diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred./ppExperience: Prefer prior experience as a Closing Assistant./ppSystems: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SoftPro./ppCambrias starting hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position.
