About Staffapp

Staffapp is building the next-generation platform for medical practice communications. We have an early pilot underway and a significant opportunity to improve how practices communicate with other practices, staff, and patients.

We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial CEO to lead Staffapp through product-market fit, go-to-market, and scale

The Role

The CEO will own the company's product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, partnerships, and overall execution

This is a true zero-to-one leadership role for someone who can move between strategy and execution—talking to customers, closing pilots, refining the product, building partnerships, and creating a repeatable path to revenue.

What You'll Do

• Define and drive product-market fit through direct customer engagement and market validation.
• Build and execute the go-to-market strategy , including positioning, pricing, sales, and partnerships.
• Personally drive early customer acquisition, pilots, and revenue
• Translate customer feedback into product and business priorities.
• Build the foundation for a scalable sales and operating model.
• Lead strategic relationships, fundraising, and company growth as the business matures.
• Partner closely with the founders and become a key equity-aligned leader in the company.
  

What We're Looking For

• Proven CEO, founder, CRO, or senior operator experience in SaaS, healthcare, healthtech, or enterprise technology.
• Demonstrated success taking a product from zero to product-market fit and commercial traction
• Strong go-to-market and sales capabilities, including winning early customers.
• Comfortable being highly hands-on in an early-stage environment.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, customer-focused, and metrics-driven.
• Willing to take significant ownership and risk in exchange for meaningful equity upside.
