TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118!

Job Title

RN – Emergency Department (Adult ED)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Every other weekend required in a 4-week schedule period | Every other holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Adult Emergency Department serving 350–440 patients per day across up to 120 treatment areas
• Independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips, including identification of heart blocks-
• Float as needed to Psychiatric ED and Pediatric ED, including care for patients aged 15 and older
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4–5 depending on acuity
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, high-quality emergency care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent Level I or Level II ED experience, OR 2+ years of recent Level III/IV ED experience
• Must be able to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and pass a Telemetry Test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher
• Active and unexpired BLS certification
• Active and unexpired ACLS certification
• Active and unexpired TNCC certification
• Active and unexpired PALS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system
• Previous travel nursing assignment experience
• Critical care nursing experience
