New BOH team members are being trained by you because you've become someone leadership trusts to set the standard.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY

Hand-breading chicken and operating cooking stations to Chick-fil-A quality standard

Preparing and portioning food items with consistency and attention to detail

Following food safety protocols temperature checks, labeling, dating, proper storage

Keeping your station and the broader kitchen clean, organized, and audit-ready

Communicating production needs to your team leader and adjusting pace during peak volume

Receiving inventory, rotating stock, and supporting waste tracking as directed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Reliable availability kitchen positions often require early mornings or closing shifts; must be available on Saturday

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, work in a warm environment, and lift up to 50 lbs

Attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures

Prior food service or kitchen experience is a plus but not required. We will train you.
