CHRISTUS Health offers a collaborative, clinician-led environment where compassion, quality, and service come first.Position HighlightsPosition: Nurse Practitioner – Emergency MedicineWork Type: PRN / Per DiemLocation: Alamogordo, NMSchedule: Per diem, as neededShifts scheduled 2+ months in advanceFacility Overview20 ED beds10–12 recliners for fast-track and vertical patientsPatient PopulationFull age spectrumAcuity typical of a community emergency departmentResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage patients presenting to the Emergency DepartmentProvide high-quality, efficient care across varying acuity levelsCollaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary teamsSupport CHRISTUS Health's mission of compassionate, patient-centered careExperience & Preferred BackgroundEmergency Medicine experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independentlyComfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentRequirementsEligible for or currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Mexico
