Pay: $25$32/hour (based on experience) + $2.50 shift differential on top of hourly pay Weekly Pay Overtime Opportunities Monthly Bonus Potential: Earn up to $12,000/year in performance bonuses (paid out once each month)

The Role: Shop Tractor Technician

In this role, you'll handle important shop repairs that keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for the road. You'll:

• Perform inspections and repairs on trailers to ensure safe operation and dependable performance
• Use tools, technology, and software to track work orders and document repairs
• Work alongside experienced technicians while following compliance and safety guidelines
• Bring strong repair knowledge and a quality-first mindset to every job

Schedule: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM

What We're Looking For

• CDL preferred (not required)
• 1+ year of trailer maintenance experience
• Clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right
