Other qualifications we hope you have are: Must have a Pharmacy Assistant license from the state of WA Impeccable attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills Team‑oriented mindset and excellent communication Motivated by challenge, growth and quality patient care What You’ll Be Doing As a Pharmacy Call Center Representative, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities will include: Assist pharmacists and technicians in processing prescriptions. Answering incoming phone calls and assisting with outgoing patient communication. Accepting patient payments and providing exceptional customer service. Filing and retrieving various pharmacy records. Preparing injection kits and printing inserts for prescriptions as needed or as assigned. Maintaining and cleaning assigned work areas and equipment as designated by supervisor.
