What You'll Do

Every day is different.

You may be:

• Diagnosing roof leaks
• Completing roof repairs
• Replacing damaged shingles
• Repairing flashing and penetrations
• Performing maintenance work
• Completing punch-list items
• Inspecting roofs for damage
• Meeting directly with homeowners
• Identifying additional roofing needs when appropriate

This is a hands-on field position.

You'll spend your time solving real problems, helping customers, and producing quality work.

Earning Potential

$65,000+ annually

Compensation is based on experience, performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Required

• Roofing experience
• Repair and troubleshooting experience preferred
• Ability to safely work on roofs and ladders
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Valid driver's license
