Cash rate $40.00 plus hourly depending on management and organizational skills. Abilities We Need Mechanical ability Leading a team of 2-8 people to successfully accomplish project goals Equipment assembly fabrication Metal fabrication and welding Leadership and ability to establish good relations with customers and crew members Company has boom truck - ability to run or to obtain certification.
