The Adam Lee District Office is seeking motivated professionals for the Farmers Insurance Associate Agent pathway. Develop your insurance sales skills, build customer relationships, and work toward qualifying to own a Farmers agency—with training and support along the way.
If you bring experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or management, this could be your next step. We’re looking for people who take initiative, welcome coaching, and follow through.
What you’ll do
Connect with prospective customers through outreach, referrals, and community networking.
Help individuals, families, and business owners understand their insurance needs.
Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and follow up on opportunities once licensed and appointed.
Build customer relationships through responsive service and ongoing coverage reviews.
Complete Farmers training and work toward program production milestones.
Develop the sales and business skills needed for future agency ownership.
What the pathway offers
New-business and renewal commissions.
Training through the University of Farmers and guidance from district leadership.
Licensing study materials provided by the district office; candidates cover testing fees.
Up to $12,800 in combined program bonuses and Agency Growth Leads Bucks for eligible participants who meet production, training, timing, and appointment requirements.
An opportunity to qualify for a waiver of the Retail program’s liquid-capital requirement by meeting applicable requirements.

A willingness to prospect, ask for business, and stay consistent with follow-up.
Coachability, accountability, and an interest in agency ownership.
Active Property Casualty and Life Health licenses, or the ability to obtain them before starting as an Associate.
The ability to meet Farmers background and appointment requirements.
Compensation comes from commissions and any earned program incentives. Earnings vary with production, and progression to agency ownership depends on meeting applicable qualifications.
