Production Associate | All Shifts Available | Blasdell, NY

Looking for a steady career in manufacturing with opportunities to learn, grow, and stay active throughout your day? We're hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Blasdell, NY . This position offers 12-hour shifts and requires employees to be on their feet for most of the shift .

What You'll Do

Operate and monitor production equipment
Load and unload materials from machines
Build, stack, and move pallets of finished product
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
Feed materials into production lines
Support shipping and receiving activities
Assist with basic equipment upkeep and general housekeeping
Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team to keep production running smoothly

What We're Looking For

Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred
Forklift experience is a plus
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a loud production environment
Ability to stand, walk, lift, and remain on your feet throughout a 12-hour shift
Mechanical aptitude is helpful
Stable work history and a professional resume
