We’re hiring driven Comfort Advisors to join our growing Pennsylvania team. If you have strong people skills, enjoy in-home sales, and want uncapped earning potential backed by company-provided leads, we want to connect.

What You’ll Do

Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC replacement needs
Present customized comfort and financing solutions
Build trust and deliver professional sales presentations
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up communication
Coordinate with operations for a smooth install process

Requirements:

In-home sales experience preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Professional, motivated, and customer-focused attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Evening/weekend flexibility based on customer demand
