Welder

Due to company growth and expansion we are seeking skilled welders to join our team! Standard schedule is 4-10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday including 1st shift (5:00AM-3:30PM) and 2nd shift (3:00PM-1:30AM). Some Fridays and an occasional Saturday may be required. Why Work Here? Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on Structural Steel up to 2 inches thick. Work collaboratively with other welders and other departments as needed. Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication processes. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Ensure quality standards are met in all welding tasks. 3+ years of experience in MIG welding. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong understanding of working with Structural Steel. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with fabrication processes. Great work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blacklick, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
