Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project success. Gaff poles and climb ladders Pull and place lashers Splice coaxial cable Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; in telecommunications preferred. Proven experience as a lineman or in a similar role within the telecommunications industry. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate aerial lift equipment. Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations. Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
