Healthy and Lincoln Heights Health Center locations. This role is critical in supporting dental operations and delivering a positive, comfortable patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms and patients for proceduresProvide chairside assistance to the Dentist, Dental Hygienist, and/or EFDARecord exam findings and maintain accurate documentationMonitor sterilization cycles and follow infection control protocolsMaintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure clinical readinessSupport patient flow and clinic operationsAssist with various dental procedures as neededQualifications:High School diploma or GED (required)Ohio Radiographer's License (required)Certification in Dental Assisting or equivalent on-the-job trainingCurrent CPR certification (or ability to obtain)Familiarity with dental and infectious control standardsAbility to communicate effectively with diverse populationsStrong organizational skills and willingness to learn electronic dental record systemsTeam-oriented, flexible, and open to supervisionEqual Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace: The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
