Outpatient Therapist

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrative care Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities Manage insurance panels and ensure compliance with departmental guidelines Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings Requirements Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field 2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses Strong documentation and treatment planning skills Ability to work across office, home, and community settings Basic computer skills and EHR experience Required licensure: LCSW,
