Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE where required, including hard‑toe shoes, hard hat, and safety vest. Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required. Assist in providing on‑the‑job training to new employees with strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Qualifications 2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor or housekeeper is a plus but not required. Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus. Ability to be flexible, work at a fast‑paced and multitasked job, and maintain punctuality. Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, in uniform, dependable and on time. Has respect and understanding for co‑workers and customers. Physical Demands and Qualifications Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, and reaching forward. Must be able to lift and/or carry 25 lbs. Ability to read cleaning instructions. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
