Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical staff, and supporting patient needs in a compassionate manner.

Location

This position is based in Dallas, TX , and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care according to established medical protocols and nursing standards.
Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating changes in status to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
Participate in patient and family education and advocacy.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
