Job Title ERP Senior Peoplesoft Security Administrator Location 1 West Street, Mineola, NY. Work is done on‑site 5 days a week. Duration One year and 8 months Interview Mode Interview Onsite Minimum Requirements 10+ years implementing and supporting PeopleSoft Human Capital Module (HCM). Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and 9.2. Good knowledge and experience with PHIRE version control and JIRA ticket systems. 5+ years solid experience implementing and supporting user profiles, roles, permission lists, row‑level security, dynamic security, structure & content, application security, project security, department tree security, people tools security, process group security, query security, and user preferences. Configure, recommend and fix existing security definitions based on defined user access requirements. Configure and maintain complex Time & Labor and Absence Management security. Configure and maintain security at different levels for HR, payroll, and benefit modules. Maintain and define Peoplesoft 9.2 fluid security. Migrate projects and security elements/objects into multiple environments. Good knowledge of Oracle 19 or later versions of the database. Bachelor's degree in IS, business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in a corporate IT environment. Excellent technical documentation skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong team contributor, self‑motivated, business oriented, and able to take charge individually. Self‑motivated independent worker, able to lead initiatives from beginning to end.
