Let's talk!Position Summary: The Course at Wente Vineyards is looking for enthusiastic, customer service driven team members to join our dynamic team.Essential Duties:Provide exceptional service to our players and guestsPrepare golf carts for member/guest useSet up driving range and maintain golf cart fleetAssist with tournament operationsCheck in guests, answer phones, respond to inquiries, book T-Times, and ensure messages are relayed accurately and promptlyPerform merchandise and golf round sales transactionsSuccessful Candidates Will Possess:A customer service oriented, outgoing personalityDesire to provide a high level of guest service, always aiming to exceed expectationsPunctualityAbility to multi-task efficientlyAttention to detailAbility to follow instructions and take directionAn interest in golfRetail experience is a plusWe are looking for individuals who have a flexible schedule and are available to work a minimum of three days per week, including weekends.
