We are seeking a driven Retail Sales Manager to lead a high‑performance retail team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive store results. Responsibilities Guide the store team to consistently exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics. Implement the sales process to assess each customer’s sleep needs and present Sleep Number solutions. Recruit, coach, and develop a motivated sales team, fostering a culture of growth and teamwork. Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies. Utilize company programs and tools to generate local market awareness and increase store traffic. Communicate product features, benefits, and promotional information to customers and store staff. Provide timely, relevant customer follow‑up and employee coaching to sustain high performance. Maintain self‑accountability and lead team members to become trusted, knowledgeable “Sleep Experts.” Qualifications 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals, preferably in a high‑end or specialty environment. Proven success in recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining top talent. Technology proficiency required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad); early adopters preferred. Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead by example in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Motivated by a pay‑for‑performance compensation plan and able to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Must be authorized to work in the United States, demonstrate English language proficiency, and possess a high‑school diploma or equivalent. Additional education and training preferred. Second‑language skills encouraged. Benefits Base salary of $76,000–$89,000 annually with uncapped commission and bonus potential.
