As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Howell, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized access in accordance with site policies and procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing reports, maintaining detailed activity logs, and assisting with security-related requests in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
