JD: The Texas Education Agency seeks a Project Manager 3 with extensive experience in project management, state budgeting, and Azure-based products. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of direct project management experience, familiarity with state budgeting processes, and proficiency in Azure-based products. Additionally, experience with financial systems development is preferred. Responsibilities include ensuring process consistency, maintaining deliverable quality, enhancing customer satisfaction, providing leadership, and articulating a clear vision for projects.
