Previous dental experience is favorable but not required—we are willing to train the right individual who brings enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience by:

• Presenting treatment recommendations clearly and professionally
• Helping patients understand their treatment options and next steps
• Building trust and maintaining strong patient relationships throughout their care journey
• Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules efficiently
• Discussing financial arrangements and payment options with confidence and compassion
• Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to support patient success

You will serve as a vital connection between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and valued.
